针刺治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤20例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察针刺治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将20例住院患者予针刺,手阳明经穴为主,取阳溪、肩井、大椎、手三里、手五里、肩髃、曲池、鱼际、天宗、内关、外关、支正、合谷、内外劳宫等,0.3mm×25mm无菌针,入针深度12～15mm,快速提插轻轻旋转,松手固定,以皮肤局部微红、针下稍紧,患儿耐受为宜,7～8个穴位/次,留针20～30min,1次/d。连续治疗20d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗7疗程,疗程间隔5d,判定疗效。[结果]显效12例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。[结论]针刺治疗小儿臂丛神经损伤疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] Acupuncture treatment of children with brachial plexus injury Results. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. 7 continuous treatment course of treatment interval 5d, to determine efficacy. [Results] 12 cases markedly effective in 6 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 90.00%. [Conclusion] Acupuncture treatment of children with brachial plexus injury Results were satisfactory, no serious adverse reactions, it is worth promoting.
