针刺治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍简况

摘　　要：脑卒中后吞咽障碍属本虚标实,肝肾不足,气血亏虚为本;风火相煽,瘀血内停,痰浊阻络为标。针刺治疗以醒脑开窍,调神导气,活血通关,化痰利窍为原则,常选人中、内关为主穴,加风池、照海、翳风、廉泉、金津、玉液活血化痰,熄风通窍;特定穴风府督脉、阳维之会,也为督脉、膀胱经入脑的重要穴位;"经脉所过,主治所及",根据经络循行规律及证型或症候对症选穴。急重症、有意识障碍者,则需先行鼻饲胃管进流食,静脉输液,维持水盐代谢平衡,补充营养需要,待意识清醒后3d,即可针刺治,疗效可靠,治疗费用低,值得深入研究。Cerebral stroke dysphagia is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,deficiency of liver and kidney,deficiency of Qi and blood virtual the;febrile disease complicated by wind,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity obstructing the collaterals standard.Acupuncture using Xingnao Kaiqiao,adjustable divine guide gas,clearance of invigorate the circulation of blood,phlegm Tongzhiliqiao principle,often candidates,Neiguan acupoints,Fengchi,according to the sea,Yifeng,Lian Quan,Jinjin and Yuye,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm,Xifeng Tongqiao;specific Fengfu,Du,Wei Yang for governor vessel and bladder into the brain is an important point; ＂meridians,by attending and＂,according to the meridian,distribution of syndromes or symptoms of symptomatic point selection.Acute severe,disturbance of consciousness,you need to first nasogastric tube in a liquid diet,intravenous infusion,maintaining the balance of water and salt metabolism,nutritional supplements,to be conscious after 3 days,can acupuncture treatment,curative effect is reliable,low treatment cost,it is worth indepth study.
