摘 要:介绍了一种航空有机玻璃粘接用双组份高强度聚氨酯胶黏剂,该胶黏剂的室温剪切强度为10MPa,剥离强度为5.0N/mm;100℃剪切强度为5.0MPa,剥离强度为3.0N/mm;-55℃剪切强度12MPa,剥离强度为3.0N/mm。在水中浸泡48h后,剪切强度和剥离强度均有所增加,为11.2MPa和5.3N/mm。并且探讨了聚酯多元醇合成的配方优化及真空脱水时间、催化剂、贮存时间以及聚酯多元醇与固化剂质量比对性能的影响。实验结果表明:催化剂采用自制的催化剂,聚酯多元醇与固化剂质量比约为1:1,固化剂略过量,并且合成聚酯多元醇真空脱水时间为180min时,胶黏剂有良好的性能。A two-component high strength polyurethane adhesive used for the aeronautical perspex bonding is introduced. The shear strength at room temperature of this adhesive is 10MPa and the peel strength is 5.0N/mm; its shear strength at 100℃ is 5MPa and the peel strength is 3.0N/mm; its shear strength and peel strength at -55℃ is 12MPa and 3.0N/mm respectively. After soaking in water for 48h, both the shear strength and peel strength are increased to 11.2MPa and 5.3N/mm respectively. The formulation optimization for the synthesis of polyester polyol and the effects of vac- uum dewatering time, catalyst, storage life and the mass ratio of polyester polyol to curing agent on the performances are discussed. The results show that the adhesive will have good properties when the mass ratio of polyester polyol to curing agent is about 1:1, the prepared catalyst is applied with a little excessive dose and the vacuum dewatering time is 180min.
