地层剖面保护的规范化

摘　　要：地层剖面保护是地质遗迹保护的重要内容之一。为促进地层剖面保护工作有章可循,有序、持续地进行,本文提出了地层剖面保护工作的规范性意见,包括立法公告、树立永久标志、剖面清理和建设、科普与保护结合、编写导游指南等。The protection of classical stratigraphic sections, as one of the most valuable geological herita- ges in China, has been paid much attention by the Chinese government. In particular, the ten Global Stra- totype Sections and Points （GSSPs） established in southern China are well-preserved and managed. Several national geoparks have been built upon them, representing a tourism resources, and sustainable engine to improve local economy. The present paper proposes a guide to the protection of stratigraphical sections in order to offer rules to follow. They include, a main monument showing the name of the section, marked stone tablets showing the bed, member and formation, lithological or fossil characters; on-site interpretive posts near the section; and a field examination guide with maps and description of each stop.
