摘　　要：设计了一种数字旋转式粘度计,分为硬件设计和软件设计。硬件部分主要包括主控板、电机驱动和扭矩测量3个方面;软件部分通过指数加速算法对步进电机进行控制,解决了电机启动时的启动慢和失步等问题。粘度计采用STC90C516RD为核心芯片,负责控制电机的转动以及采集力矩信号并进行数据处理,最终通过液晶显示屏显示出测得的粘度值、转速等信息。提出的数字旋转式粘度计能够简单、直观、精确地测得流体的粘度值。This paper introduces a digital rotary viscometer,which includes hardware and software design. The hardware part mainly includes three aspects,that are the main control board,motor drive and torque measurement. The software part through the index accelerated algorithm of stepper motor control,has solved the problems of starting slow,lost steps and so on in the process of starting motor. The viscometer uses STC90C516 RD as the core chip. It is responsible for controlling the rotation of the motor,collecting torque signal and processing data,finally through the liquid crystal display shows the measured value of viscosity,speed and other information. The viscosity of the fluid can be measured easily,intuitively and accurately with the digital rotary viscometer proposed in this paper.
