摘　　要：中国社会组织的发展变迁几经调整和转换,国家对社会组织的治理从一种非正式的、具有可纠错性、较为灵活的行政化控制,向一种正式化、组织化和稳定性的体制机制创新治理路径展开。"行政化控制"和"体制性吸纳"作为两种在不同时期、不同形势背景下面对不同的现实发展任务而形成的国家对社会组织治理的技术选择,二者之间既存在互相关联、前后相替、继承发展的关联,也存在着国家对社会组织治理的理念、手段、方式和绩效的本质性不同。从社会治理的视角来看,中国社会组织的发展将呈现出法治化治理的新常态、项目制运作的新实践、枢纽型社会组织的新助推和专业化服务发展的新方向等一些新的进展路向和发展趋势,值得我们做进一步的前瞻性理论研讨和典型性实践研究。Thirty years of reform, opening up and development has enabledus to regulate our social organizations in amore formal, organizational and stablemanner.As two different technical choices in governing social organizations,'administrative control'and'institutional absorption'are, on the one hand, interconnected to each other and, on the other, essentially different in terms of concept, means manner and performance of national governance of social organization. From the perspective of social governance, the development of Chinese social organizations will bear such new developing tendencies as normal rule of law governance, new practical projectoperating system, new booster of hub-type social organization and new direction of development of specialized services, which deserve our further prospective theoretical discussion and research.
