机械通气治疗危重哮喘30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨危重哮喘患者的机械通气治疗。方法:对30例危重哮喘患者给予机械通气治疗,观察分析患者治疗前后的血气指标和临床表现。结果:治疗后患者的PO_2为90.3±4.32mmHg,PCO_2为77.2±11.2mmHg,pH值为7.43±0.05,均优于治疗前的PO_2(53.21±10.21mmHg)、PCO_2(44.50±6.5mmHg)和pH值(7.11±0.12),三项指标治疗前后相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后的症状评分为1.3±0.5分,PEF值为316±59L/min,均优于治疗前的症状评分(3.9±0.1分)、PEF值(150±15L/min),两项指标相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:机械通气治疗危重哮喘患者效果显著,能改善患者的血气指标,缓解相应症状。Objective：To summarize and analyze the effect of mechanical ventilation on patients with severe asthma.Methods：Randomly selected 30 cases of patients with severe asthma in our hospital from 1February2014 February to 1January 2015,patients were given mechanical ventilation,compared and analyzed blood gas indexes and clinical manifestations of patients before and after treatment,summarized the treatment outcome.Results：After treatment,PO290.3±4.32 mmHg,PCO277.2±11.2mmHg and pH 7.43＋ 0.05 were better than PO253.21±10.21 mmHg,pCO2（44.50±6.5）mmHg and pH 7.11±0.12 of before treatment（P 0.05）,the difference was statistically significant;After treatment,the symptom score（1.3 ±0.5）and PEF values in the（316 ±59）L/min were better than symptom score（3.9±0.1）points and PEF values in the（150±15）L/min of before treatment,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The effect of mechanical ventilation on patients with severe asthma is significant,and it can improve the patients＇ blood gas index and alleviate the symptoms.
