超细胃镜引导下侧卧位气管内插管45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探寻安全、有效的侧卧体位下气管内插管的方法。方法:对45例全身麻醉下行上消化道ESD术的患者实施超细胃镜引导下侧卧位气管内,插管记录插管时间、插管次数及各时间点的收缩压、舒张压、心率。结果:超细胃镜引导侧卧体位下气管内插管成功率为100%,一次插管成功率为97.78%,插管平均耗时35.20±16.41s。无1例发生插管相关并发症。结论:超细胃镜引导下侧卧位气管内插管是一种安全可靠的侧卧位插管方式。Objective：To investigate one safe and effective method of endotracheal intubation in the lateral decubitus position.Methods：Forty-five patients who underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection were intubated using superfine endoscopy in the lateral decubitus position,and the success rate of intubation,time required for intubation and hemodynamic changes were recorded.Results：The Intubation success rate was 100%,and the success rate at 1stattempt was 97.78%,intubation time-consuming was 35.20±16.41 s.We noted no evidence of intubation related complications in all the patients.Conclusion：Superfine endoscopy-assisted intubation in the lateral decubitus position is a safe and effective method of endotracheal intubation.
