喜炎平与双金口服液配伍治疗小儿手足口病200例对照观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双金清热口服液与喜炎平配伍治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将400例普通型手足口病患儿随机分为观察组(200例)和对照组(200例),两组患儿均给予碘甘油口腔护理,适当补液,维持水、电解质平衡及退热剂退热治疗。对照组用喜炎平注射液治疗,观察组用小儿双金清热口服液联合喜炎平注射液治疗,观察两组患儿临床疗效。结果:观察组患儿总有效率为96.5%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05),观察组治愈时间、发热消退时间及疱疹消退时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用小儿双金清热口服液联合喜炎平治疗小儿普通型手足口病临床疗效显著。Objective：To study the clinical effect of children double gold oral liquid combined with Xiyanping on children with mild hand foot and mouth disease.Methods：400patients with mild hand foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 200 cases.Iodine glycerin oral care,adequate rehydration,maintenance of water and electrolyte balance and antipyretics antipyretic were given to the two group.The control group were given injection of Xiyanping,the observation group were treated with children double gold oral liquid combined with Xiyanping.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was 96.5%,and the total effective rate of control group was 80%.The clinical therapeutic effect in observation group was obviously superior to the patients in control group（P〈0.05）.The healing time,fever subsided time and simplex subsided time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical therapeutic effect of children double gold oral liquid combined with Xiyanping on children with mild hand foot mouth disease is significant.It is worth to widely used.
