摘 要:球形氢氧化镍生产企业在硫酸镍除杂过程产生的锌镉渣,里面除含镉外还含有大量的镍和锌,为了综合利用锌镉渣,通过试验确定了先将渣再次溶解,提高溶液中的锌浓度后,再加入少量的锌粉二次除镉,除镉后溶液用于生产硫酸镍,新产生的渣用碱浸出其中的锌,碱浸出液用于有机皂化,二次渣用于生产雾化镍粉,该工艺路线结合企业生产特点,使渣得到了回收利用。In the purifying process of nickel sulfate of spherical nickel hydroxide manufacturer produces zinc cadmium residue, which includes a lot of nickel and zinc besides cadmium. The author identified the zinc cadmium residue recycling and utilizing process by experiment. The residue is dissolved by sulfuric acid first to increase the concentration of zinc ions in the solution. Then, a small mount of zinc powder is mixed in the solution to removal the cadmium ions once again. The purified solution is used to produce nickel sulfate. The zinc in the second residue is extracted by sodium hydroxide. The leaching solution including the zinc ions is used to saponify the organic. The extracted residue is used to produce atomized nickel powder. This process combines production characteristics of corporate and recycles most of the valuable in the residue.
