摘　　要：呕吐是小儿常见的消化道系统疾病,其病位在胃,病机关键为胃失和降,胃气上逆。金东明教授认为小儿呕吐多从热化,反复或长期呕吐耗伤胃阴,临床多见阴虚、胃肠燥热之证,治疗以滋阴和胃、润燥通腑为原则,取经方之法,选用芍药甘草汤合竹叶石膏汤法、麻子仁丸法,切合病机,取得满意疗效。Vomiting is a common pediatric digestive system disease, the disease lies in the stomach, and the key pathogenesis is stomach disharmony and inverse stomach gas. Professor Jin Dongming thought that pediatric vomiting are thermalized and repeated or prolonged vomiting consumption injury stomach-yin, common clinical syndrome is yin deficiency and gastrointestinal hot and dry,treatment is nourishing yin and reconciling stomach, moistening principle, learn the classical prescriptions method, selected Shaoyao Gancao decoction, Zhuye Shigao decoction and Maziren pill has obtained satisfactory curative effect for suitble pathogenesis.
