益肾解毒通络汤治疗消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟瘀毒证98例

摘　　要：目的观察益肾解毒通络汤治疗消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟淤毒证的疗效。方法选取2014年5月1日—2015年10月31日接受治疗的消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟淤毒证患者98例,对该98例患者进行回顾性分析,将治疗前和治疗后糖代谢和蛋白尿指标进行比较。结果经治疗消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟淤毒证的患者空腹血糖有所降低,治疗前和治疗后相比糖代谢差值空腹血糖为(3.231±0.52),餐后2小时(2.48±0.107)。t=2.714,2.186,P<0.05,具有可比性。结论经治疗患有消渴肾病脾肾阳虚挟淤毒证的患者均有不同程度的症状改善,采用益肾解毒通络汤能够获得较好疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy yang deficien-cy of spleen and kidney with stasis toxicity syndrome. Methods Selecting 98 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy yang defi-ciency of spleen and kidney with stasis toxicity syndrome from May 1, 2014 to October 31, 2015 in our hospital, they were analyzed retrospectively. The sugar metabolism and proteinuria metrics before and after treament were compared. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose decreased. Before and after treatment, difference compared to glucose metabolism fasting blood glucose（3.231± 0.52）, postprandial 2 hours（2.48 ± 0.107）, t = 2.714, 2.186, P〈0.05, was comparable. Conclusion The patients have different degree of symptoms improvement, and the application of Yishen Jiedu Tongluo decoction can get better curative effect.
