玻璃酸钠注射液配合膝痛宁熏蒸治疗髌骨软化症55例

摘　　要：目的观察玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合中药组方膝痛宁熏蒸治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法对55例髌骨软化症患者,给予玻璃酸钠关节腔注射及中药组方膝痛宁熏蒸治疗,观察治疗后患者的恢复情况。结果 55例患者治疗结束后,按照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》中髌骨软化症的疗效标准评定,治愈20例、好转31例、未愈4例。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔注射配合中药组方膝痛宁熏蒸治疗能够有效缓解髌骨软化症的临床症状,安全性较高,疗效确切,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with Chinese medicine Xitongning fumigation in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae. Methods 55 subjects were treated by Chinese medicine fumigation combined with sodium hyaluronate. The recovery of patients after treatment was observed. Results After treatment, in accordance with the standard for the diagnosis of TCM syndromes on the standard evaluation of the efficacy of the chondromalacia patellae, 20 cases were cured, 31 cases improved, 4 cases were ineffective. Conclusion The sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection combined with Chinese medicine Xitongning fumigation in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,has high safety and exact curative effect, and it is worthy of clinical application.
