中医治未病思想在性早熟防治中的应用

摘　　要：性早熟不但会影响到患儿的心理和成年身高,而且可能会引起相应的精神行为异常。性早熟目前公认的有效的治疗方法是给予促性激素释放激素类似物皮下注射,但该方法价格昂贵,且很多患儿恐惧注射,配合性较差。作者通过对中医治未病理论分析,得出中医治疗儿童性早熟的切入点及方法,并制订了一套能发挥中医药优势的辨证治疗体系,为性早熟患儿提供一套效佳、安全、廉价的防治方案。The problem of precocious puberty is not only about the psychological and final adult height, but may also lead to the corresponding mental behavior. The main treatment of precocious puberty is the subcutaneous injection of gonadotropin releasing hormone,Gn RH-a. However, this method costs a lot.What＇s worse, many of the children are afraid of the daily injection, and can not cooperate well. By theoretical analysis and practice summary of preventive treatment, it can conclude the breakthrough point and methods which could cure the precocious puberty with TCM treatment, and developed a system which can play the advantages of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment system. It provides an effective, safe and cheap plan for children with precocious puberty.
