浅述中医治未病(一)——先天培基 壮母益子

摘　　要：研究中医治未病,就是研究中医预防医学。笔者求古探今,验证临床认为,中医治未病不仅是一种目标、理念,更是一种临床境界。不仅仅是亚健康人群的防治,它始终贯穿于中医临床各科的方方面面,未病先预,既病防变,已病防复,未病未必健康,更宜着眼先天培基,壮母益子。笔者按此理论作指导运用临床,对"滑胎""胎漏""胎动不安"等病疾,采用先天培基,养血安胎,固肾保胎等法治疗,达到壮母益子之效,结果对子代而言,达到了"不治而治"的目的,达到了一种相对未病的理想健康状态。中医治未病理论在妇科临床中的应用,先天培基,壮母益子,加之遵从四时阴阳的生存方式,是一种理想的生存方式,对提高未来的人口综合素质和预防疾病具有无可估量的社会和临床价值。The research of the theory of TCM preventive treatment of disease is the research of preventive medicine of TCM. Accord- ing to my clinical research, this theory is not only a kind of target or concept, but also a kind of clinical state. Not only being the prevention and treatment for sub-healthy people, this theory runs through all aspects of the clinic of TCM preventive treatment of dis- ease, preventing the disease progress when diseased, preventing the recurrence when cured and disease-free doesn＇t mean health. It should focus on congenital condition, and enhance the health of the mother in order to make the fetus healthy. Through taking the treatment of congenital condition, nourishing tocolysis, strengthening kidney for fetus-soothing for those diseases, such as habitual abortion, threatened abortion and fetal irritability, enhancing the health of the mother in order to make the fetus healthy was achieved. In teIms of offspring, it achieved the objective of treating without treatment, and reached the ideal state of health. The clinical use of the theory of TCM preventive treatment of disease, such as congenital condition, enhancing the health of the mother in order to make the fetus healthy, combined with leading a life style that complies with the laws of yin and yang in gynecological clinic, have a huge social and clinical value in the prevention of diseases, and will improve the overall quality of the population in the future.
