摘 要:基于劲性支撑穹顶结构具有杆件定位容易、自身质量小及结构效率高等特点,提出中心场地拼装逐步张拉提升的施工方法和地面拼装高空提升1次张拉成形的施工方法。将这2种施工方法对比分析,确定采用中心场地拼装逐步张拉提升的施工方法,采用FEDR算法进行施工成形分析。设计1个直径为6 m的劲性支撑穹顶结构模型,采用中心场地拼装逐步张拉提升的施工方法对试验模型进行施工,将试验结果与理论分析结果进行对比分析。分析试验过程中容易出现的关键问题并给出解决方案。研究研究表明:设计的试验模型是可行的;采用中心场地拼装逐步张拉提升的施工方法施工时,各步的内力和位移试验值与理论值基本吻合。According to the structure characteristics of rigid bracing dome, the node-by-node assembling and integral tension method, ground assembly and overhead tensile construction method were given, the two kinds of construction method were analyzed, and the construction method was determined. The construction forming of structure was analyzed by FEDR algorithm. Experimental model of rigid bracing dome was designed with a diameter of 6 m.Test model was constructed by the first construction method. The experimental results and theoretical analysis results were analyzed. The key problemes were analyzed during the test and the solutions were given. The results show that when the center site assembling gradually stretching lifting construction method is used in test, the experimental results and theoretical analysis results are basically accordant.
