摘 要:为了提高沥青路面就地热再生加热质量和加热效率,基于传热学原理和有限元方法,利用有限元软件ANSYS对沥青路面加热过程进行数值模拟。分析不同红外辐射加热方式对沥青路面温度场的影响,对比研究热风加热和红外辐射加热的性能,提出一种合理的间歇式红外辐射加热工艺。研究结果表明:红外辐射加热具有较高的加热效率,但连续加热容易引起路面起火焦化,采用间歇式红外加热工艺可以得到较好的加热效果,同时还可降低能源消耗;不同的间歇加热方式对沥青路表温度的影响较大,在间歇式加热过程中应尽量使沥青路表每次出现的温度波峰值相接近,这样可以有效地降低加热过程中沥青路面表层的最高温度;采用热风加热路面不易发生老化现象,但加热时间相对较长,影响施工速度。In order to improve the heating efficiency and characteristics of in-place heat recycling of asphalt pavement, numerical simulation of the heating process of asphalt pavement was carried out with the finite element software ANSYS based on the principle of heat transfer and the method of finite element. The influence of different infrared radiation heating methods on the temperature field for asphalt pavement was analyzed. The performance of hot-air heating and infrared radiation heating was compared. A rational heating process of intermittent infrared radiation was proposed. The results show that the infrared radiation heating is efficient, while continuous heating will cause the asphalt pavement on fire, and this phenomenon can be avoided by the process of intermittent infrared radiation, what’s more, the process will also reduce energy consumption. The influence of intermittent infrared radiation heating method on the temperature for the surface of asphalt pavement is obvious. Making the value of temperature wave approximate in the process of intermittent heating, the maximum temperature of the asphalt pavement surface can be reduced visibly. The aging performance of asphalt pavement is seldom by the process of hot-air heating. However, the method of hot-air heating will take larger more time.
