基于手机QR码车票的地铁移动票务系统研究

摘　　要：为实现地铁票务的移动化,分析现有移动票务形式和地铁票务特点,提出采用QR码作为地铁车票信息媒介的地铁移动票务方案,设计一个基于手机QR码车票的地铁移动票务系统,分析实现该系统所需的关键技术,并对系统进行仿真模拟测试。研究结果表明:此地铁移动票务方案具有可行性,不仅能够实现地铁票务的移动化,而且能够降低地铁自动售检票系统的前期购置成本和后期维护成本、精简车票流通业务和现金管理业务;手机QR码车票具有安全性,可多次循环使用,不可伪造、不可冒用、不可多人同时使用,无需关联乘客隐私;移动票务系统不仅能够完成地铁移动车票的自动售检票功能,而且可向乘客提供地铁增值服务和推送地铁实时消息,给乘客提供优质便捷服务。In order to realize mobile ticketing in metro, the forms of the existing mobile ticketing and the characteristics of metro ticketing were analyzed, a mobile ticketing scheme using QR code as the medium of tickets was proposed and a metro mobile ticketing system was designed based on QR code tickets on personal mobile terminal devices. Then, several critical technologies and methods required for the system were analyzed and the system was simulated. The results show that the mobile ticketing scheme is feasible and can reduce the cost for streamline tickets distribution and cash management compared with the existing AFC system.Moreover, the QR code tickets in the designed scheme are safe and reusable, and it is unassociated with passengers’ privacy, and it is impossible to forge and it can’t be used by more than one passengers at the same time. The designed mobile ticketing system can not only realize mobile ticketing, but also provide value-added services and real-time information for passengers to arrange their travel plans.
