区域服务业主导产业选择研究——以邢台市桥东区为例

摘　　要：选择合适的主导产业是区域经济发展的重要内容,也是实现土地资源优化配置的有效途径。钻石理论模型作为选择区域主导产业的一种分析方法具有很强的适用性,考虑到我国经济发展现状,本文将原有模型进行了修正,并以邢台市桥东区为例,将钻石理论修正模型作为选择主导产业的定性分析模型,利用区位熵计算模型对钻石理论修正模型的结果通过定量分析进行验证,最终提出桥东区的主导产业应为房地产业、批发和零售业、金融业、住宿和餐饮业、物流运输业。Selecting the right leading industry is an important part of regional economic development, it is also an effective way to achieve optimal allocation of resources. Diamond theory model as an analysis method of selecting the leading industry has strong applicability, but taking into account the present situation of China＇s economic development, the article modified the original model, and studied Qiaodong district in Xingtai city by taking the diamond theory modified model as qualitative analysis model of selecting the leading industry and the location quotient computational model as quantitative analysis model of testing the diamond theory modified model. Through analysis and research, the article proposed the leading industries are the real estate industry, wholesale and retail industry, financial industry, accommodation and catering industry, modern logistics industry.
