摘　　要：低碳生态规划理念的深化扩展,对城市可持续发展发挥了重要作用。面对城市化过程中产生的生态问题,本文选取低碳生态城市中绿化系统为研究对象,剖析其在城市控制性详细规划层面的互动关系,梳理辽东湾新区金帛岛生态型景观的构建引导模式,提出减少城市碳排放和改善城市生态环境的控制策略。With the deepening of low carbon ecological planning concept extension, it plays an important role on urban sustainable d evelopment.Facing the ecological problems in the course of urbanization, this paper selects the green system of lowcarbon ecological urban as the research object, analyzes the interactive relationship of urban regulatory detailed planning level, combs builtguide mode of ecological landscape of Jinbo island in Liaodongwan new district and proposes to reduce carbon emissio ns and control strategy of improving urban ecological environment.
