摘  要:在非开挖施工过程中,当钻遇蠕变地层时,一旦泥浆密度不足以平衡地层压力,很可能引起孔壁失稳,从而导致井壁坍塌、抱钻、抱管等事故。针对这种地层特点,要适当提高钻进液密度。盐水钻进液较普通泥浆,具有密度大、抑制性强、润滑性好等优点,这些特点恰好满足蠕变地层钻进液性能的要求。通过室内实验,配制出一套高密度、低滤失量、润滑性好的盐水钻进液配方,该配方为蠕变地层钻进提供了一种切实可行的方法。In the trenchless construction process, when drilling in creep formation, once the mud density is insufficient to balance the formation pressure, is likely to causing the well wall instability, leading to the accidents of borehole collapse, drill holding, holding tube and other accidents. For this formation characteristics, it should be appropriate to improve the density of the drilling fluid. Compared with common drilling fluid, the brine drilling fluid has the advantages of high density, strong inhibition, good lubrication and so on. These characteristics can meet the requirements of creep formation drilling fluid performance. Through laboratory experiments, a set of high density, low filter loss and good lubricating properties of saltwater drilling fluid is formulated, which provides a practical method for creep formation drilling.
