麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察麝香保心丸治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛(PIA)的临床疗效。方法 106例PIA患者,随机分为治疗组(54例)及对照组(52例)。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸治疗。观察两组患者用药期间心绞痛症状改善、检验指标及心电图变化情况。结果治疗后治疗组心绞痛症状改善总有效率96.3%,心电图改善总有效率83.3%,均明显优于对照组的84.6%,53.8%(P<0.05)。治疗组患者C-反应蛋白(CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)及D-二聚体(D-D)水平降低明显,亦均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸的应用可有效控制PIA发作,并且显著改善心绞痛症状,值得广泛应用。Objective To observe clinical effect by Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of postinfarction angina （PIA）. Methods A total of 106 PIA patients were randomly divided into treatment group （54 eases） and control group （52 cases）. The control group received conventional treatment, and the treatment group received additional Shexiang Baoxin pill for treatment. Angina symptoms improvement, detection index and electrocardiogram change of the two groups were observed during drug administration. Results After treatment, the treatment group had total effective rate of angina symptoms improvement as 96,3%and that of electrocardiography improvement as 83.3%, which were all better than 84.6% and 53.8% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group also had obviously decreased C-reactive protein （CRP）, fibrinogen （FIB） and D-dimer （D-D） levels, which were all better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of Shexiang Baoxin pill can effectively restrain occurrence of PIA, as well as improve angina symptoms. It is worth wide application.
