老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷临床特征及治疗分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷的临床特征,分析治疗的方法和效果.方法 对50例老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者采取强化性治疗的措施,观察治疗效果.结果 经过治疗后,50例患者中有45例痊愈,患者苏醒的时间为0.5~1.6 h;患者的血糖显著升高,与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;有2例患者出现脑梗死,3例患者出现意识障碍.结论 要提高对老年糖尿病低血糖昏迷的重视程度,采取适当的药物治疗并配合健康教育,以减少低血糖昏迷情况的发生.Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of senile diabetes mellitus hypoglycemic coma, and to analyze treatment method and effect. Methods A total of 50 senile patients with diabetes mellitus hypoglycemic coma received strengthened treatment measures, and their curative effects were observed. Results After treatment, there were 45 cured eases among the 50 patients. The awakening time was 0.5-1.6 h in patients and their blood glucose levels were remarkably increased. Comparing with those before treatment, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. There were 2 eases with cerebral infarction and 3 cases with disturbance of consciousness. Conclusion It is necessary to pay more attention on senile diabetes mellitus hypoglycemic coma, and to implement appropriate drug therapy and health education, so was to reduce incidence of hypoglycemic coma.
