摘 要:目的研究献血者红细胞参数偏高对机采血小板(PLT)产品质量的影响。方法选择采前红细胞计数(RBC)为(5.5~6.5)×10^(12)/L和血红蛋白(Hb)为160~175 g/L的献血志愿者98例为实验组,另选取采前红细胞计数为(3.5~5.5)×10^(12)/L和Hb为120~160 g/L的献血志愿者100例为对照组。观察实验组所捐献的机采血小板产品质量是否符合国家标准,对比两组血小板产品质量及合格率的差异。结果实验组献血者所捐献的机采PLT产品p H、PLT产量、白细胞计数(WBC)混入量、RBC混入量方面均符合国家标准,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组与对照组的PLT产品合格率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不合格原因为PLT产量不足或PLT聚集,无WBC或RBC混入量超标的情况。结论选择合适的机器进行单采,献血者的红细胞参数偏高对机采PLT产品的质量无明显影响。Objective To research influence by high red blood cell parameter on apheresis platelet quality. Methods There were 98 voluntary blood donors with red blood cell (RBC) as (5.5±6.5) 10^12/L and haemoglobin B (Hb) as 160-175 g/L in experimental group, and 100 donors with RBC as (3.5±5.5) ×10^12/L and Hb as 120-160 g/L in control group. Apheresis platelet quality in the experimental group was compared with national standard. Platelet quality and pass rate of platelet were compared between the two groups. Results The experimental group had a!l qualified pH, platelets content, mixed white blood count (WBC) content, and mixed RBC content in its apheresis platelet. Comparing with the control group, their difference had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). There was no statistically significant difference of pass rate of platelet between the experimental group and the control group (P〉0.05). Low PLT content and PLT aggregation are causes of disqualification, without exceeding mixed WBC and RBC contents. Conclusion It is necessary to apply appropriate device in blood sampling. High red blood cell parameter has no obvious influence on apheresis platelet quality.
