锁定钢板治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折47例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探究锁定钢板治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法：选取我院2006年1月一2014年10月间接收的77例股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用传统方法进行治疗，观察组采用锁定钢板治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的有效率95．74％高于对照组患者的83．3％，观察组的痊愈时间短于对照组，且观察组的满意率为97．87％高于对照组的73．3％，两组比较差异显著，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论：锁定钢板治疗股骨远端严重粉碎性骨折，固定性好，恢复时间短，治疗效果显著，值得在临床中推广使用。Objective To explore the locking plate for treatment of serious comminuted distal femur fracture. Methods Data from January 2006 to October 2014, 77 cases of serious comminuted distal femur fracture patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group in the two groups, control group using the traditional method to treatment, observation group was treated with locking plate, and observe the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results The observation group of patients with effective rate was 83.3%, effective rate was 95.74% higher than the control group patients of observation group healing time is shorter than the control group, and group the satisfaction rate of 97.87% 73.3% higher than the control group, significant difference comparing the two groups, P 〈 0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Locking plate treatment of serious comminuted fractures of distal femur,, regular sex good, short recovery time, treatment effect is remarkable, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
