乙型肝炎患者的血清免疫球蛋白检验研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨乙型肝炎患者血清免疫球蛋白检验的临床价值。方法：选取2014年5月-2015年5月间于我院接受治疗的100例乙型肝炎患者，将其设为观察组，其中轻中度患者50例，重型患者50例。另选同时期我院健康体检者50例，设为对照组。比较其血清免疫球蛋白水平。评价观察组患者的临床疗效，比较未好转组与好转组的总胆红素（TBIL）水平、凝血酶原活动度（PTA）与免疫球蛋白水平。结果：观察组患者的免疫球蛋白水平高于对照组，P〈0．05；重型患者的IgM、Igh、IgG分别为（2．77±0．72）g／L、（2．68±0．62）g／L、（17．83±3．47）g／L，高于轻中度患者[分别为（2．15±0．34）g／L、（2．25±0．67）g／L、（14．25±2．75）g／L]，P〈0．05；好转组的PTA、TBIL、IgM、Igh和IgG的水平低于未好转组，PTA水平高于未好转组，P〈0．05。结论：免疫球蛋白水平越高，提示患者病情越严重，或治疗效果较差，可以和TBIL、PTA相结合，综合判断患者病情。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum immunoglobulin in patients with hepatitis B patients. Methods 100 patients with hepatitis B were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015. The patients were treated as the observation group, 50 patients with mild to moderate and 50 patients with severe severe. Took another 50 cases of health examination in our hospital during the same period as the control group. Compared the serum levels of immunoglobulin. The clinical efficacy of the observation group was evaluated, and the total bilirubin （TBIL） level, prothrombin activity （PTA） and immunoglobulin level were compared between the patients with no improvement. Results The levels of immune globulin in the observation group were higher than those in control group, P 〈 0.05, IgM, IgA, IgG, g/L, （2.77±0.72） g/L, （2.68±0.62） g/L, （17.83±3.47） g/L, （0.34±0.67） g/L, （2.75±0.05） g/L], E PTA, TBIL, IgA, IgG, IgM and PTA levels were lower than those in the control group, P levels were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion The higher the level of immune globulin, the more serious the patient＇s condition, or the poor treatment effect. It can be combined with PTA, TBIL, a comprehensive judgment of the patient＇s condition.
