慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常的临床特征及病因分析

摘　　要：目的：了解慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常的临床表现及诱发原因，为治疗此类患者提供参考数据。方法：纳入本院近年来收治的慢性肺源性心脏病患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组患者50例，无并发心律失常，观察组患者50例，并发心律失常。对其临床资料以回顾性方法进行分析，归纳慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常患者临床特征和病因。结果：观察组患者并发心律失常情况如下：窦性心动过速、房室早搏、房性心动过速、室性早搏、心房颤动、左束支传导阻滞、右束支传导阻滞、心房扑动、房室传导阻滞等；相对于对照组，观察组患者低氧血症、心力衰竭、肺部感染、电解质酸碱失衡等并发症发生率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：慢性肺源性心脏病并发心律失常患者以窦性心律过速、房室早搏比例相对较高。Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations and causes of chronic pulmonary heart disease with arrhythmia, and to provide reference data for the treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 50 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital in recent years. 100 patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with 50 cases without complication. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, and the clinical characteristics and etiology of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia were summarized. Results Observation group of patients with arrhythmia as follows： sinus bradycardia and tachycardia, atrial premature beats, atrial tachycardia tachycardia, ventricular premature beat, heart failure, lung infection, electrolyte and acid-base imbalance was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia in patients with sinus rhythm after tachycardia, atrioventricular contraction ratio is relatively high, can effectively reduce the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia.
