摘  要:目的 筛选一种合适的杀螺药物。方法 采用室内浸杀、喷洒、喷粉、上爬、毒性试验及现场浸杀、喷洒、喷粉、沿边浸杀试验 ,对氯硝柳胺与杀虫丁、四聚乙醛等进行平行比较试验。结果 在室内 2 3- 2 5℃气温条件下 ,氯硝柳胺杀螺作用优于杀虫丁和四聚乙醛 ,抑制钉螺上爬作用不及杀虫丁 ,鱼毒大于杀虫丁 ;在现场 2 8- 35℃气温条件下 ,氯硝柳胺和杀虫丁杀螺作用相仿 ,沿边浸杀氯硝柳胺优于四聚乙醛 ,喷粉杀螺氯硝柳胺与四聚乙醛相仿。Objective To screen a suitable molluscicide. Methods The molluscicidal effects of niclosamide, 'shachongding' and metaldehyde were studied with immersion, spraying, dusting, climbing and toxity methods in laboratory, and with immersion, spraying, dusting and immersion along the river bank in the field. Results In laboratory, under room temperature 23-25℃, niclosamide was superior to 'shachongding' and metaldehyde on molluscicidal effect, and weaker than 'shachongding' on holdback snail climbing, and bigger than 'shachongding' on fish toxicity test. In the field, under temperature 28-35℃, on molluscicidal effect, niclosamide was similar to 'shachongding', and superior to metaldehyde by immersion along the river bank methods, and similar to metaldehyde by dusting methods. Conclusion Niclosamide is a good molluscicide at persent.
