摘  要:对吸氢前后的钛钼合金开展了力学性能研究,获得了其微观结构力学性能的检测数据,反映了合金在微观领域内弹性和塑性变形的特征。结果表明:在4.903N试验力下,钛钼合金吸氢前的维氏显微硬度HV_(0.5)平均值为332,吸氢后的HV_(0.5)平均值则为419。钛钼合金吸氢前后的抗压强度均大于1 730 MPa,试验最大负荷为50kN。钛钼合金吸氢前后力学性能发生变化是由其物相变化引起的。Research on the mechanical properties of Ti-Mo alloy was carried out during hydrogen absorption,and test data of mechanical properties of alloy microstructure were obtained,reflecting its characteristics of elastic and plastic deformation in microscopic field.The results show that the average value of Vickers microhardness HV_(0.5) of Ti-Mo alloy is 332 before hydrogen absorption and 419 after hydrogen absorption with the test force of 4.903 N.The compressive strength of the alloy is higher than 1 730 MPa either before or after hydrogen absorption,and the maximum load force in the test is 50 kN.The change of mechanical properties of Ti-Mo alloy during hydrogen absorption is caused by its phase transformation.
