摘　　要：随着中美贸易往来的深化和美国对华直接投资的增长,中美贸易不平衡问题随之加深,中国对美国贸易顺差越来越大,引发了美国对来自中国的产品的各种抵制,中美贸易摩擦更加严重。本文针对上述问题分析了美国对华直接投资对中美贸易不平稳的影响,提出了我国应对中美贸易不平衡问题的策略。With the development of Sino-US trade and the growth of US direct investment in China,the problem of Sino-US trade imbalance deepens. China＇s exports to America exceed greatly its imports from America,which leads to America＇s resistance to importing products from China. As a result,trade frictions between China and America become more and more serious. This paper analyzes the impact of US direct investment on Sino-US trade imbalance and proposes some suggestions for the Government of China to deal with Sino-US trade imbalance.
