70°鼻内镜下钳取咽部异物1000例

摘　　要：回顾性分析70°鼻内镜下钳取咽部异物1 000例门诊临床资料,结果表明70°鼻内镜体积小,对咽部刺激小,伸入口咽部即可观察到下咽部,可通过视频观察,视野更清晰,且有放大效果,对检查及钳取口咽部、下咽部异物,特别是细小异物效果较好。Objective To investigate the scientific use of endoscope to remove foreign bodies from thelaryngopharynx. Methods The 1 000 cases outpatient and clinical data that applying 70° endoscope to removethe foreign body from the laryngopharynx are retrospectively analyzed. The result indicates that 70° endoscopeis small in size and has little irritation to the laryngopharynx. When 70° endoscope is put into thelaryngopharynx, the hypopharynx can be observed. Through the video observation, the view is clearer. Besides, ithas amplification effect, which helps to examine and remove the foreign body in oropjarynx and hypopharynx,especially the small foreign body. Conclusion The scientific use of 70° endoscope to remove foreign body fromthe laryngopharynx is very applicable in the clinical practice.
