摘  要:为研究饲料中添加复合微生态制剂对经产母猪繁殖性能、饲料粗蛋白质消化率以及粪便菌群的影响,本试验选择配种时间和体重接近、胎次在4~5胎、健康状况良好的待配种莱芜黑猪30头,随机分为2组,每组15头母猪,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂基础日粮+1‰复合微生态制剂。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,添加复合微生态制剂,窝产仔数和窝产活仔数分别提高了9.09%和12.49%(P〉0.05);初生个体重和初生窝重分别提高了10.92%和11.03%(P〉0.05);返情率、弱仔率和死胎率分别降低了49.96%、40.85%和38.92%。(2)与对照组相比,添加复合微生态制剂,妊娠40 d母猪血清中孕酮和雌二醇含量分别提高了82.37%和86.17%(P〈0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,添加复合微生态制剂组粗蛋白质表观消化率有提高的趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05),在试验30 d和90 d时,分别提高了2.80%和2.79%。(4)与对照组相比,添加复合微生态制剂能够提高粪便中乳酸杆菌数量,降低大肠杆菌数量,且差异显著(P〈0.05),在试验30 d和90 d时,大肠杆菌分别下降了4.10%和5.06%,乳酸杆菌分别提高了6.35%和10.95%。综上所述,添加1‰的复合微生态制剂能提高经产母猪的繁殖性能,改善母猪肠道环境,提高饲料蛋白质消化率。In this experiment,the effects of the compound probiotics on growth performance, crude protein digestibili-ty and fecal microbes of sows were studied. A total of 30 Laiwu black pig with similar breeding time and body weight andparity in fetal 4 - 5 were randomly divided into 2 groups of 15 each.The control group was fed with basal diet.The experi-ment group was fed with basal diets added 1%o probiotics.The results showed that (1)Compared with the control group,adding compound probiotics increased the litter size and live littermate number by 9.09% and 12.49% (P 〉 0.05);thebirth weight and the birth litter weight were increased by 10.92% and 11.03% (P 〉 0.05).The re-service rate,the weakpiglets rate and the stillbirth rate were reduced by 49.96%,40.85% and 38.92% respectively.(2)Compared with the con-trol group,the progesterone and estradiol level in serum of 40 d sows were increased by 82.37% and 86.17% (P 〈 0.05),respectively. (3)Compared with the control group,adding compound probiotics,the apparent digestibility of crude proteinwas increased,but the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05) ,which in experiment 30 d and 90 d increased by 2.80%and 2.79% ,respectively. (4) Compared with the control group,adding compound probiotics could increase Lactobacillusnumber of fecal,reduce E, scherichia coli number of fecel,the difference was significant(P 〈 0.05),in experiment 30 d and90 d,E, scherichia coli were reduced by 4.10% and 5.06%,Lactic acid bacteria were increased by 6.35% and 10.95%.Tosum up,add 1%, compound probiotics could improve the reproductive performance of multiparity sows,improve the intesti-nal environment of sows, increase the protein digestibility of feed.
