摘 要:设计合成芳香取代酰胺化合物,成功制备多种超分子凝胶材料,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对凝胶材料的形貌进行了表征。同时详细研究了正戊醇为溶剂的超分子凝胶对模型药物分子刚果红(CR)的药物释放特性,考察凝胶分子结构、药物浓度、释放时间等对药物控制释放的影响。实验结果表明,制得凝胶的形貌均表现出有序的纤维带状网络结构。加入不同浓度的刚果红后,凝胶药物体系的释放性能不同。较小药物浓度的凝胶体系的释放较快且最大释放率最大。本研究工作为凝胶材料的设计制备与药物传送应用提供了有益的探索。A new amide compound with aromatic substituted group was designed and synthesized. And some supramolecular gel materials were successfully prepared. SEM was utilized to characterize the morphologies of gel materials. Meanwhile,using Congo red as the drug model,the drug release behaviors of the as-prepared supramolecular gels with n-pentanol serving as the solvent of were carefully investigated. The influence of the factors,to the drug release involving molecular structures of gelator,drug concentration,and release time,were focused. The experimental data indicated that the obtained gels are of network structure composed of organized belt-like nanofibers. For the addition of Congo red with different concentrations,the gel-drug systems showed different release capacities. The gel system with lower drug concentrations showed rapid release dynamics and bigger maximum release rate. The present work would benefit the studies of the design and preparation of gel materials and the practical application of drug delivery.
