摘 要:目的:采用萃取法对合成革DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)废液精馏回收前进行了预处理实验研究,探讨了不同种类萃取剂、萃取溶剂比、萃取级数等因素对结果的影响。方法:在确定好萃取剂、萃取溶剂比、萃取级数的实验基础上用自制装置进行连续萃取实验,分别用紫外分光光度法和气相色谱法测萃余相和萃取相中DMF含量。结果:实验表明,在各种萃取剂中,氯仿的萃取性能最好,分配系数达到1.03。萃取溶剂比R=2较适宜,萃取级数=5时,萃取率能达到97.5%。用氯仿连续逆流萃取DMF废液,DMF萃取效率达到了99.1%。结论:氯仿萃取+精馏工艺处理DMF废液在节能减排方面有明显的优势。Objective:Extraction method was used to pretreat waste liquid containing Demethyl formamide(DMF) from synthetic leather industry before recycling by rectification. The effects of solvent kind,solvent ratio and extracting series on DMF recovery were investigated. Methods: After determiningsolvent kind, solvent ratio and extracting series, the content of DMF in residual phase and extractionphase were respectively detected. Results: The result shows that the extraction performance of chloroformis the best among various kinds of extraction agent and solvent ratio distribution coefficient is about 1.03.The feasible solvent ratio is 2 and the recovery rate can reach 97.5% when extraction series is 5. About99.1% of DMF was recovered from DMF waste liquid by continuous countercurrent extraction withchloroform. Conclusion:Treatment of DMF waste liquid by extraction with chloroform combined withrectification shows remarkable advantage on energy saving and emission reduction.
