麝香保心丸对不稳定型心绞痛病人血清hs-CRP和MMP-9的影响

摘　　要：目的观察麝香保心丸对不稳定型心绞痛病人血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的影响,探讨其治疗不稳定型心绞痛的作用机制。方法将142例不稳定型心绞痛病人随机分为对照组(70例)和观察组(72例)。对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加服麝香保心丸,每次2粒,每日3次,治疗2周。评价两组病人心绞痛和心电图疗效,并观察治疗前后血清hs-CRP和MMP-9含量变化。结果观察组心绞痛和心电图疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组病人血清hs-CRP和MMP-9含量均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,其作用机制可能与降低病人血清hs-CRP和MMP-9含量有关。Objective To observe the effects of Shexiang Baoxin pil s(SBP)on high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs CRP)and matrix metal opeptidase 9 (MMP 9)in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods One hundred and forty two patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=70)treated with routine treatment,and treatment group(n=72) treated with routine treatment plus SBP for 2 weeks.The efficacy of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram (ECG)were evaluated. The contents of serum hs CRP and MMP 9 were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the efficacy of an-gina pectoris and ECG in treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).The contents of serum hs CRP and MMP 9 were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SBP can reduce the contents of serum hs CRP and MMP 9 in patients with UAP.
