摘 要:针对直接检测电动机绕组的温度来保护过载引起的过热时热保护装置需直接埋入电动机绕组里,价格较贵、维修困难等原因,从经济性比较而言,电流检测加热型继电器是一种经济可靠的热保护形式;电流检测保护装置既经济又安全,性能佳。该装置可与过载保护装置、短路保护装置等进行协调配合,能够有效地进行三相异步电动机热保护,值得推广应用。The direct measurement of motor winding temperature is expensive and maintaining-diffucult because the thermal protection device should be buried in the winding.Compared with the direct measurement method,the current detection type heating relay is a cheaper and reliable method.The current detection and protection device has the advantages of safe,reliable,good performance and cheap.The coordination and cooperation between overload protection device and motor,overload protection device and short circuit protection device can effectively carry out thermal protection of three-phase asynchronous motor,and it should be popularized and applied.
