摘  要:随着原材料冶炼技术、设计、制造和安装单位技术和装备水平的提高,在满足防火间距的前提下,原材料和成品储罐越来越大型化。在大型储罐(V>10000 m^3)设计中,主要考虑罐壁、罐顶、罐内内件(如内浮盘)和储罐顶部安全附件的设计和结构。煤化工大型储罐壳体由设计单位负责设计,罐顶网壳及内浮盘部件等,由专业厂家负责设计、制造、供货和安装,设计方法和结构更加合理和优化。In the premise of satisfying the fire separation distance,raw material and the product storage tankcapacity is growing with the development of the metallurgy technology,design skills,manufacture level and theinstalling staff’s skills and their advantage equipment. In the design of large capacity storage tank(V〉10000m3)the important parts are the tank’s wall,roof,inner parts and the tank roof safety attachments’design andstructure. The large storage tank wall used in Coal chemical industry is designed by engineering company,reticulated shell and tank inner float disk is designed,manufactured,shipped and installed by the professionalmanufacturers,with much more reasonable and optimized method and structure.
