爪哇镰刀菌引起的橡胶树割面溃疡病初步研究

摘　　要：2014年3月,在云南西双版纳的橡胶树上发生一种新的割面溃疡病,经病原分离、鉴定,确定病原菌为爪哇镰刀菌（Fusarium javanicum）,在不同温度下菌丝的生长速度观测表明,该菌菌丝适宜生长温度为10~35℃,最适生长温度为20~30℃;农药抑菌试验表明,多菌灵和戊唑醇抑菌效果最好。A disease occurred in rubber tapping panel was founded in Xishuangbanna in March, 2014. Based on isolation and identification of this pathogen, the new canker on rubber panel was determined to be caused by Fusarium javanicum. The suitable growth temperature for hyphae is new disease occurred in rubber tapping panel was founded in Xishuangbanna in March, 2014. The suitable growth temperature for hyphae is in the range of 10℃ to 35℃ and the optimum temperature should be in 20℃ to 30℃.. Pesticides tests have proven that carbendazol and tebuconazole have the best antibacterial effect.
