摘　　要：呼伦贝尔市第二次土地调查2006年启动、2009年底完成。主要调查了城镇土地、基本农田、土地权属等内容,并建立土地利用数据库,目前调查成果已提供社会广泛应用。主要经验:1地方政府重视、组织领导有力、经费保障到位、统筹安排是关键;2从实际出发,确保数据质量和真实性是成果的生命线。3深入细致的调查权属是核心。4狠抓人才培养和成果应用是土地调查成果生命力的重要保障。对再次开展土地调查的建议:1应该多部门联动,全面提高土地调查的综合水平;2城镇土地调查,应该进一步细化各宗地内的利用现状调查;3基础数据源多元化,并改进和提高影像纠正技术、保证几何精度;4防止重复调查与投入;5狠抓人才培养和成果应用。The second round land survey in Hulunbuir launched in 2006 and completed in late 2009. The main survey area are consisted ofurban land, basic farmland, land tenure and other content, and established a land use database, currently the survey results have provided awide range of social applications. The main experience are as follows： Firstly, local government should attach great attention to this work andhave a strong organization and leadership, to ensure funding in place, in which the overall arrangement is the key; Secondly, to ensure thequality and authenticity of data in reality, which is the lifeblood of the outcome; Thirdly, the thorough and meticulous investigation of landtenure is the core; Fourthly, pay close attention to personnel training and application of the results is an important guarantee for land surveyresults of vitality. There’re some recommendations for carrying out land survey again in future： Firstly, we should have the multi-sectorallinkage, to improve the overall level of land survey; Secondly, urban land survey should further refine the list of land use status within thesurvey; Thirdly, we should make the underlying data source diversity, and to improve and enhance image correction techniques, to ensure thegeometric accuracy; Fourthly, we should prevent duplicate investigations and investment; Fifthly, we should pay close attention to personneltraining and application of the results.
