耳穴疗法配合眼针治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴疗法配合眼针治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征的疗效。方法:将186例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组93例用西药盐酸硫必利片治疗;治疗组93例用耳穴刺血和耳穴压豆,配合眼针治疗。观察两组疗效和抽动症量表测评积分。结果:治疗组与对照组愈显率分别为92.5%、73.1%(P<0.05),两组临床治愈率分别为72.0%、44.1%(P<0.01),治疗组均优于对照组。结论:耳穴疗法配合眼针治疗小儿抽动-秽语综合征疗效显著。Objective To observe efficacy of auricular therapy plus ophthalmic acupuncture on GTS. Methods： 186 cases weredivided into the treatment group and control group. 93 cases in the control group took western medicine; 93 cases in the treatment grouptook blood-letting in auricular acupoint, auricular point pressing plus ophthalmic acupuncture. Results： The efficiency was 92.5% inthe treatment group and 73.1% in the control group （P〈0.05）; clinical curing efficiency was 72.0% and 44.1% respectively （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Auricular therapy plus ophthalmic acupuncture was effective on GTS.
