针刺配合内服中药治疗周围性面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺与中药内服结合的疗法对于周围性面瘫预后的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例周围性面瘫患者,随机分为观察组40例和对照组20例,比较针刺加中药内服疗法与西药常规疗法的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为85.0%。结论:针刺配合内服中药疗法可明显改善周围性面瘫患者预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus TCM medicine on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 60cases were divided into the observed group （40 cases） and control group （20 cases）. Clinical efficacy of the TCM therapy and westernmedicine conventional treatment was compared. Results： The total efficiency was 97.5% in the observed group, and 85.0% in the controlgroup. Conclusion： Acupuncture and TCM medicine can effectively improve symptoms of peripheral facial paralysis, and is worthy ofpromotion.
