养心复脉汤治疗阵发性房颤气虚血瘀证的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价应用养心复脉汤治疗阵发性房颤气虚血瘀证的临床效果。方法:选取2014年3月-2015年2月在我院进行治疗的阵发性房颤气虚血瘀证74例患者作为本次研究对象,将其按照单双号法分为西医组和中西医结合组,西医组34例患者采取西医治疗,中西医结合组40例患者在西医组的基础上联合养心复脉汤治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:西医组的总有效率(74%)低于中西医结合组(93%),两组患者的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者的APTT、FIB差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,经过治疗,中西医结合组APTT、FIB变化优于西医组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。治疗前,两组患者的日常生活能力评分差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,中西医结合组的日常生活能力评分为(94.6±1.2)分,西医组的日常生活能力评分为(86.2±1.3)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:应用养心复脉汤治疗阵发性房颤气虚血瘀证能有效改善患者的APTT和FBI,提高患者的总有效率和生活质量,效果明显。Objective To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Yangxin Fumai decoction on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of theQixu Xueyu syndrome. Methods： 74 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of the Qixu Xueyu syndrome in our hospital fromMarch 2014 to February 2015 were selected and divided into the western medicine group and the integrative medicine groupaccording to the digital method. 30 patients in the western medicine group were given western medicine; and 40 patients in theintegrative medicine group were treated with the Yangxin Fumai decoction more. Treatment effects in two groups are observed andcompared. Results： The total efficiency were 74% in the western medicine group, and lower than 93% in the integrative medicinegroup. The difference was statistically significant between two groups, P〈0.05. Before treatment, the differences of APTT、FIBwere not statistically significant between two groups, P〉0.05. APTT and FIB in the integrative medicine group were better, and thedifference was statistically significant between two groups, P〈0.05. Before treatment, the difference of daily living activities scoresbetween two groups was not statistically significant, P〉0.05; After treatment, activities of daily living score was （94.6±1.2） pointsin the integrative group, and （86.2±1.3） points in the western medicine group. The difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05.Conclusion： The Yangxin Fumai decoction on paroxysmal atrial fibrillation of Qixu Xueyu syndrome can effectively improve APTTand FBI, the total efficiency and quality of life, and achieveda good clinical effect.
