瑶医半身不遂外洗奇方治疗脑卒中后遗症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察瑶医半身不遂外洗奇方对脑卒中后半身不遂、手足麻木肿胀、痉挛等康复治疗难点的治疗效果。方法:选择80例脑卒中后肢体偏瘫患者,将其随机分为治疗组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),治疗组除常规应用传统的针刺、中药辨证施治、康复功能训练等治疗外,加用瑶医半身不遂外洗奇方外洗,对照组用常规活血化瘀类中药外洗。结果:两组治疗后评定中医临床症状、体征改善及证候积分减少程度,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑶医半身不遂外洗奇方对脑卒中后遗症疗效满意,值得推广。Objective To observe efficacy of hemiplegia external washing prescription of Yao medicine on rehabilitation difficultiesincluding hemiplegia, numbness swelling and spasm. Methods： 80 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） andthe control group （40 cases）. The treatment group was given the conventional treatment （acupuncture, TCM medicine and rehabilitation）plus hemiplegia external washing prescription. The control group was given the hemiplegia external washing prescription of the HuoxueHuayu. Results： After the treatment, the improvement of TCM clinical symptoms and symptom scores in treatment group was better （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Hemiplegia external washing prescription of Yao medicine on stroke sequel shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
