摘　　要：目的:观察柴芍六君汤加减治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:选择我院收治的100例2型糖尿病胃轻瘫患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,两组均给予对症基础治疗,观察组采用柴芍六君汤加减疗法,对照组给予西沙必利,对比两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组的68.0%;观察组患者胃排空时间、胃动素水平较治疗前均显著下降,治疗后两组胃排空时间及胃动素水平的差异具有统计学意义。结论:柴芍六君汤加减疗法治疗2型糖尿病胃轻瘫可显著改善患者的不适症状,取得良好的临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effects of the Chaishao Liujun decoction on type 2 diabetic gastroparesis. Methods： 100patients with type 2 diabetic gastroparesis in our hospital were randomly divided into the observed group and control group, 50 cases ineach group. The observed group was given the Chaishao Liujun decoction; and the control group was given cisapride. Clinical effectsin two groups after treatment were compared. Results： The total efficiency of 90% in the observed group was higher than 68% in thecontrol group. Gastric emptying time and the level of motilin in observed group were more significantly decreased than before treatment.Difference of gastric emptying time and the level of motilin between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： The Chaishao Liujundecoction was effective on type 2 diabetic gastroparesis, and is worthy of popularization and application.
