摘　　要：四逆散为调和肝脾的基础方,疏肝之祖方,广泛应用于临床各科。导师胡兰贵教授长期致力于中医内科疾病、疑难病的临床研究和治疗,本文就导师临床运用四逆散的体会做如下介绍。Sini San is basic prescription for reconciling the liver and spleen, was widely applied in clinical subjects. The author’stutor, Professor Hu Lan’gui long-term committed to clinical research and treatment of TCM internal diseases and difficult diseases. In thisarticle, clinical experience of Professor Hu Lan’gui for treating diseases with Sini San was introduced.
