中药颗粒剂外洗治疗新生儿脓疱疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药颗粒剂外洗治疗新生儿脓疱疹的临床效果。方法:将120例新生儿脓疱疹患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组60例常规温水洗澡后予外涂莫匹罗星软膏治疗。治疗组60例用中药颗粒剂外洗后联合莫匹罗星软膏外涂治疗。观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药颗粒剂外洗联合莫匹罗星软膏外涂治疗新生儿脓疱疮效果好,优于常规温水洗澡后外涂莫匹罗星软膏治疗。Objective To observe the efficacy of external washing with TCM granule on impetigo in neonates. Methods： 120 casesof impetigo in neonates were randomly divided into two groups （each group for 60 cases）. The control group were treated with mupirocinointment after bathing with warm water; the treatment group were treated with mupirocin ointment after bathing with TCM granule. Thecurative efficacy in two groups were recorded. Results： The difference of total efficiency was statistically significant between two groups.Conclusion： External washing with TCM granule plus mupirocin ointment on impetigo in neonates has a good effect, and were better thanbathing with warm water plus mupirocin ointment.
