饱胃患者诱导过程中返流误吸一例

摘　　要：返流误吸是全身麻醉的严重并发症之一,可导致呼吸道的阻塞和痉挛,甚至Mendelson综合征,通常发生于禁食时间<8h的饱胃患者。本文详细阐述了一例患者在不遵医嘱饱胃情况下全身麻醉导致反流误吸,之后紧急处理,最终取消手术的情况。因此麻醉患者应有足够的风险意识,谨遵医嘱,切忌存有侥幸心理。Aspiration and regurgitation is a serious complication of general anesthesia, and can cause airway obstruction and spasm,and even Mendelson’s syndrome. The patient of full stomach in fasting time 〈8 hours usually occurs aspiration and regurgitation. 1 patientof full stomach was given general anesthesia, then lead to aspiration and regurgitation, and surgery was canceled. So anesthetized patientsshould have sufficient awareness of risk, follow the doctor’s advice, don’t take lucky psychology.
