摘　　要：在各国积极响应"丝绸之路经济带"的大环境下,跨境融资占据重要作用。本文依据声誉模型(KMRW)对"丝绸之路经济带"融资博弈过程进行详细分析,并得出结论 ,在信息不对称条件下,声誉在"丝绸之路经济带"各金融机构及企业的融资过程中有重要影响,同时,据此提出构建区域性融资服务机制等相关建议以达到促进"丝绸之路经济带"更好发展的目的。Under the circumstances of the positive responses to'Silk Road Economic Belt', cross-border financing accounts for a major part. Based on KMRW reputation model, the paper analyzes the financing game process concerning 'Silk Road Economic Belt'in detail, and draws a conclusion that under the condition of asymmetric information, reputation plays an important influence in the process of financing of financial institutions and enterprises. At the same time, the paper puts forward some suggestions such as constructing regional financing service system etc. to promote the better development of'Silk Road Economic Belt'.
