摘　　要：本文回顾总结了"十二五"时期国土资源标准化工作的主要成效,分析了"十三五"时期经济社会发展新常态下国土资源标准化工作面临的新形势和新要求,提出从战略高度定位标准化工作,建立新型国土资源标准体系、明确标准定位、健全完善标准化管理机制、提高标准审批质量和效率,加强实施监督,鼓励科学研究和标准研制紧密结合,努力将国土资源标准化工作作为推动国土资源管理领域深化改革,保障经济社会平稳较快发展的重要手段。This article reviews and summarizes the main results of land and resources standardization work during the 12th five-year period, and analyzes the new situation and new requirements which the land and resources standardization work faced with under the new normal of economic and social development for the 13th five-year period. It puts forward that the standardization work shall be carried out from the strategic height, establishing a new standard system, a clear standard positioning, perfect standardized management mechanism, improving the quality and efficiency standards approval, strengthening the supervision, and encouraging scientific research and standards development closely. Land and resources standardization efforts will promote areas of the reform in land and resources management and is an important means to guarantee stable and rapid economic and social development.
