龙须藤总黄酮抗凝血的作用

摘　　要：目的观察龙须藤总黄酮的抗凝血作用。方法采用毛细玻管法和断尾法分别测定龙须藤总黄酮对小鼠体内凝血时间和出血时间的影响;采用试管法测定龙须藤总黄酮对小鼠体外凝血时间的影响,并对小鼠血浆复钙时间进行测定。结果龙须藤总黄酮能不同程度地延长小鼠体内凝血时间、出血时间和体外凝血时间,且能显著提高小鼠的血浆复钙时间。结论龙须藤具有较强的抗凝血作用。Objective To observe the anticoagulation effect of total flavonoids derived from Bauhinia championi（ Benth.） Benth. Methods The effect of total flavonoids on the bleeding time and the clotting time in mice were measured by glass capillary procedure and cutting tail procedure,respectively. The tube method was used to measure the effect of total flavonoids on the clotting time in vitro and the re-calcium time（ RT） in mice. Results Total flavonoids derived from Bauhinia championi（ Benth.） Benth. prolonged the clotting time in vivo and in vitro,and the bleeding time in a certain degree,which also improved the recalcium time in mice. Conclusion Bauhinia championi（ Benth.） Benth. displays a strong anticoagulation effect.
